Responsible for commercialisation of the science of the Babraham Institute, a BBSRC-supported institute which undertakes innovative bioscience research with the aim of improving lifelong wellbeing and healthy aging. This included managing and commercialising the Institute's patent portfolio, negotiating legal agreements, promoting collaborations between the Institute and industry, and facilitating access to the Institute's scientific facilities and services. Acted as CEO of the Institute's trading company, Babraham Institute Enterprise Ltd, managing a small team.
