I help business owners who have disputes with their business partners, breach of contract issues, or computer fraud and abuse matters. Individuals with real estate disputes can also benefit from my experience with broker malfeasance and deals-gone-bad cases. I am a fierce but friendly attorney dedicated protecting and advancing my clients' interests. I received a top notch legal education and spent the first three years of my practice as a litigation associate at Nossaman, LLP, a respected big firm where I learned from some of the finest lawyers in California. Since receiving great training at Nossaman, I have used the skills I developed there to serve my clients more directly in a small firm capacity. Ad Astra provides high-level legal services without the big firm issues. I run a cannabis business litigation practice where I help businesses in the cannabis industry deal with breach of contract issues, partnership disputes, employment law problems, real estate disputes, and IP issues. My practice is industry-agnostic, but I do quite enjoy helping the legal cannabis effort by servicing business owners on the green frontier.
