Innovative 3D Designer and Exhibit SpecialistAs an Innovative 3D Designer and Exhibit Specialist, I'm responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-impact exhibits and trade show displays. A. Exhibit and trade show designer: .-Take the briefing from sales department .-Research about client, kind of industry, image, products .-Define details, requirements and expectations base on if is rental or buying, including the budget. Define if will be a Corporate or a product booth. Deadline and time to produce the project .-Research about the event, rules, space, target, quantity of people expected, etc .-Create a 3D concept design that meets or exceed the client’s needs, within the deadline and budget given. Every client is different, sometimes client doesn't know what they want; sometimes they are very specific about their image/concept/ideas. Create presentations: digital files, printed, book presentation or an animated movie clip if the project deserve it .-Once design has been defined, provide general information for calculation of budget .-Sometimes, once the final budget has been approved, generate elevations, sizes and drawings layouts for the venue organizers approval .-Provide detailed/revised drawings, containing: construction details, printable and graphic design features, material samples, dimensions, & any other crucial information related to the production of the project, as 2D templates for construction department or client’s graphic design department .-Share 3D files with project management department .-Once the booth has been constructed, elaborate Production-Sets including extra details for assembly .-Set-Up manuals if it's necessarySome Clients: Titleist, Ping Golf, Perry Ellis International, Levy Group, National Center for Simulation, many others.B.
