I am responsible for creating buying and visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty. I worked directly with the store manager and owner to align with the mission of the company. My success in my position includes - training the team how to carry out the company's brand in our daily merchandising and customer communication, achieving an increased number of transactions, overall average of sales per customer, and was vital in the sales increase of over 50% during my first year on employment.

I independently own and operate a successful baby gear and rental buisness. From managing multiple incoming family requests, organzing drop-off, set-up, and pick-up, managing inventory, and developing all marketing and social media campaigns - I was able to increase my customer base with each season and developed a high rate of returning customers. I continued to grow my buisness by offering more services such as grocery shopping, last-minute bookings, and helping them reservations with childcare and local events

My mission with Vail Resorts was to manage and provide high quality care for resort guests while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for children and staff. I worked directly with the Children's Director to oversee all hiring, training, and evaluation of childcare employees, and develop and implement programming to increase efficiency and success of the childcare programs. I was extremely successful as the liaison between all families and the program - I ensured hundreds of families that they were receiving the highest quality of care. I successfully executed that promise by maintaining a high standard for my staff and coaching them to succeed in their roles. I took my job further by overseeing the connection between Food Services and Children's programing, which encompasses both the Daycare and Ski School. I was the sole contact for all inventory and food ordering for any meals provided to the Children's Programs.
