I plan, design and deliver informative lessons and resources for English courses in the classroom and online. I facilitate and encourage a learning experience to support excellent progress from learners. As a tutor I consistently monitor and record achievements and progression through various methods of tracking, feedback and assessment. Building a strong rapport with learners is essential to get the best from them throughout the course.

I currently buy yarn, fabric, patterns, accessories, trimmings and haberdashery items for my brick and mortar store. The responsibility for managing stock, pricing, promoting, reviewing, and reordering items lies with me. It’s therefore essential that I am able to multi-task, organise and prioritise during the working day as there is always something that needs doing. Customers always comes first though, and a good customer experience has always been at the heart of my brand.

I answered inbound customer calls to agree and set financial arrangements. My role involved taking payments during the phone call and recording all interactions on a computer system.
