Responsible for driving initiatives related to code quality, client satisfaction, solution abilities for packaged software & SaaS and associate retention and talent within IP Clinical Product areas.

Lead portfolio manager for a 10-year, multibillion contract with $150M+ of requirements. Led a team of 2 to drive the overall portfolio logistics to ensure contracted delivery dates were met for the 400+ projects tied to the program. Created scalable, robust and programmatic reporting for executive consumption. Previously in this role, owned and drove the process to organize, assess, calculate and present the total IP investment for Cerner to pursue new markets.

I owned the software upgrade organization relationship and strategy for 3 strategic clients, which included defining and executing their domain and integration strategy, package install schedule, overall upgrade strategy and timelines, and resource coordination. In addition, I also managed an additional 4-6 upgrade projects, consisting of coordination and management of delivery analysts, events and milestones for each implementation. Contracts ranged from $350 to $400k. I consistently overcame challenges to deliver projects on time - a 96% go live accuracy rate (team average of 90%) and 4.9/ 5.0 client satisfaction score. I received 18 client service awards for my dedication and commitment to my clients and their goals. I also created processes and pilots for 2 additional platform upgrade offerings, allowing the organization to quickly grow into these new forms of upgrades and recognize new forms of revenue.

I assessed client’s existing position and goals to provide advisory and strategy services to increase code adoption, client testing activities, including for known issues, and use of Upgrade Center best practices (domain, testing, package install and integration and technical strategies) to those clients who chose to conduct their own software upgrades. I managed client expectations, monitored project progress, outlined and communicated risks and potential mitigation plans, as well as documentation and process improvement.

While in this role, I provided solution consulting and expertise during the upgrade process to over 15 clients at a time. I established and maintained trusting relationships with my clients to ensure thorough understanding of the overall process, testing events, and issues found. I was responsible for troubleshooting issues, consulting client to assign priorities and proper escalation of risks to keep upgrade timeline on track. I received the organization Excellence Award (1 awarded/ quarter) for exemplary performance to ensure delivery timeline and client satisfaction.
