Katy Ursta is an 11+ year veteran of the direct sales industry. She partnered with a health and wellness company in 2012 and went on to lead a team of thousands in the business model. She received the industry's top rank for 5 years as well as the title Humanitarian of the Year for her social media campaign, #everysweatmatters which raised over $70,000 for cancer research in under 10 weeks. In 2019 she partnered with her direct sales partner to create Chic Influencer, a business devoted to helping women in the direct sales and network marketing industries through masterminds, courses, and branding experiences and community. On top of that, they developed a one-of-a-kind social media planner designed specifically for women in the industry building an online platform. Katy's personal writings have been featured on platforms such as featured on The Today Show, Today Parents, Love What Matters, @ihadcancer, Her View From Home, and For Every Mom.She is the author of the Back Pocket Prayer Journal as well as the Amazon Best Seller, Direct Sales Done Right.Katy is a stage 4 cancer survivor, a retired middle school reading teacher, a wife, and a mom to two boys Nick (13) and Dom (10). When she's not supporting her clients, she can usually be found at a hockey rink cheering on her boys.
