The mission of Brick City Yoga Foundation is to provide individuals in marginalized communities access to yoga classes, as well as to provide financial assistance to yoga and wellness professionals seeking yoga training with a social justice or accessibility component.

Leads a team in strategic communications activities, reaching more than 800+ staff and 8,000 individuals in services in the Denver area. Responsible for designing and editing agency documents, including annual reports and strategic plans, and developing and managing brand strategy and implementation tactics across teams and mediums. Support public relations, fundraising initiatives, and company and community events.

Coordinated the creation, dissemination, and organization of creative content for three nonprofit organizations across digital and print platforms, including copywriting and editing, graphic design, social media management, website content updates, project management, event planning, and development activities.

For NMSC and affiliates, created communications and marketing materials, managed social media, provided web and video support, and assisted with fundraising initiatives and events, including donor relations and database management.

Developmental Pathways is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities/delays and their families. As a liaison between the Case Management department, Human Resources and leadership, I coordinated and managed all tasks and projects related to staff engagement, interviews, onboarding and training, as well as supported the Quality Assurance and Administrative teams with special projects.

Paradigm New Media Group is a full-service creative firm that provides strategy, creative and technology services for a variety of brand communications and digital media projects. As a member of the Strategy team, I created, executed, maintained, and promoted multi-channel branding, marketing, and communications efforts, recognized business development opportunities, managed budgets and timelines, and led project teams while focusing on the operational effectiveness of the firm.

With a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, accountability and professionalism, engaged daily with clients and creative teams to grow relationships, solve problems, and manage project expectations, scopes, budgets, timelines, deadlines, and details. Projects: brand messaging, content development, design projects, web development, multimedia production, email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, communication plans, content calendars.

For a 250-attorney law firm based in St. Louis, MO, I worked with the Client Relations Director to introduce and manage cross-functional client teams and a formal client feedback program focused on customer service, cross-selling, growing existing accounts, developing new business, and increasing revenue. Involved with other initiatives such as practice group support, marketing, communications, business and competitor intelligence research, strategic planning, reputation enhancement and branding, proposal preparation, social media, and special events.
