The client gave positive feedback on both the quality and professionalism of the project and the adaptability of Katy and her colleague to adjust to the work demands of the participants. A good relationship has been forged with the possibility of further projects in the future. We are certainly planning to undertake more work in this topic area. In addition Katy took on some extra roles including marketing, website development, teaching and MSc supervision – she undertook all of this with genuine enthusiasm. I found Katy to be very professional, hard working and well organised. She gets things done and she delivers. The clients liked and appreciated what she did.
