Financial, staffing and strategic decisions as part of the wider governing body, sitting on the School Improvement Group - using data to identify areas for development, the learning committee - reviewing curriculum decisions and the resource committee managing school finances.

Responsibilities included planning and developing the National Workforce Development Day, representing the Regions at BUCS membership at meetings; liaising with Sport Officials UK over student officiating and development; working with Sport Coach UK to develop qualifications and the HE coaching strategy and advocating for student development throughout the sporting landscape.

First point of contact for all student clubs for queries related to club activity. Coordinating and managing 50+ teams attending fixtures across the region each week, health and safety, transport and conduct. Managing relationships with other universities and negotiating where required for the benefit of our students.

Established the first civilian volunteer programme in Hammersmith & Fulham Borough, offering local residents the opportunity to volunteer within the service in a variety of roles. Building relationships with local strategic partners and across the service internally. Negotiating with union and permanent staff for the benefit of the scheme.
