Involved in facilitation, reporting and communication with investment committee, board members and internal administrative teams.Key officer for selective direct private investments in the ESG service provision, social innovation and sustainability sector. Involved in due-diligence, structuring, transactional, monitoring and reporting work.Coordinated research and advocacy related initiatives on behalf of RS Group.

Investment Banking, Hong Kong Corporate Finance teamInvolved in various capital raisings (IPO, bond issuances, equity placements etc.) and M&A transactions in a number of sectors including real estate, industrial, consumer, technology and telecommunications.Assisted in active coverage and marketing to Hong Kong based companies across products and sectors.Conducted training sessions for incoming analysts; organized and participated in firm-wide events (volunteering, recruiting and team building).
