In regard to work experience, with my current employer, I have about 5 years of experience working in the gaming industry as an Environmental Services Attendant. I have gained excellent customer service skills, responding promptly and politely to guests. Interacting with guests and fellow casino departments in a professional manner. Creating a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests while establishing and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas in the casino and public areas. After asking questions and getting information about administrative roles within my workplace, it made me very interested in pursuing a career in office administration.My passion is to help and support others. I am excited to use my skills and connect with other professionals in the administrative field.
