Current• Pioneered the creation and ongoing management of UNFPA corporate performance dashboard, which track operational and programmatic areas of each business unit--> Widely adopted by country offices-> Resulting in desired behavioral changes across the organization.• Regularly delivering performance reports to senior management.• Applying advanced regression models with Pyrhon and AI for identifying factors influencing programme performance • Developed a program planning tool, which combines pre-populated demographic, epidemiological, and programmatic data for modelling the cost and results of a program --> Conducted in 32 countries to date--> Has been used extensively for prioritization of interventions, formulating results frameworks, and mobilization of resources. • Leads program mapping initiative for optimizing coverage of interventions--> Used for identifying causes of high number of complicated deliveries and for optimizing coverage of female genital mutilation interventions.• Provides expert guidance to country programs, including their theory of changes and results framework. and to financing proposals--> Reviewed 40 programs worldwide to date.• Build organizational capacity on results-based management, performance management and on program planning. • Office-in-charge (OIC) of the branch for extended times, several times also OIC of the division• Rigorously plans, monitor and result on the results management of the branch.• Member in recruitment panels and in rebuttal panels of performance reviews.
