Currently I work as a Tech Recruiter Experience at Lovel.Dev, acting in Strategic Management, being a mediator between the company management and the team of partners, aiming to maximize the business results, helping in the instructions to ensure the mapping of candidates, developing and implementing training activities directed to the competencies and skills of Tech Recruiter, performing daily activities related to IT recruitment, active Hunting, Screening resumes and Interviews with candidates and mentoring for Tech Recruiter Beginners. I work with different areas and levels of activity, with National and International vacancies, taking care of the end-to-end process with focus on improvements so that the attraction process is a differential for the candidate and for the brand.My mission as a Tech Recruiter is to humanize the selection processes. To help attract talent and make the process more efficient and enjoyable, providing a unique experience for each candidate in order to attract the best talent in the IT area. Currently I am studying English at ETW, bootcamp at DIO and always taking courses to learn more about behavioral analysis, Employer Bradring techniques, always focusing on improving my knowledge to perform a high performance recruitment.
