Kevin directed and produced the 3-hour documentary series "GOATS: The Greatest Of All-Time with photographer Walter Iooss" which featured original interviews with Kobe Bryant, Tiger Woods, Chris Evert, Derek Jeter, Joe Montana, Jack Nicklaus, Ken Griffey, Jr., and Joe Namath. The series premiered in primetime on ESPN and ran on ESPN, ABC, and ESPN2 for months, garnering high ratings. Though contracted to run 3 times, the series was so popular it ran 97 times. Kevin and his team embarked on a sequel, expanding the roster of GOATS, and building the brand as a global TV series, Immersive Experience, and series of Live Events.

With his production company Kaufman Films, Kevin directed and produced nearly 100 hours of primetime television, including the first "The Real Housewives of Orange County" which spawned a billion-dollar franchise on Bravo network. Kevin also directed and produced the feature film "Ace the Case" starring Oscar winner Susan Sarandon. Other credits include "Gotti: Godfather & Son" the 4-hour documentary on A&E told through the eyes of John Gotti, Jr., among other family members; five seasons of "The Perfect Murder" on Investigation Discovery; 13 hours of "Watching the Detectives" on A&E; "The Palladium: Where Mambo Was King," winner of the Imagen Award for Best Documentary; "Family Pickle," set in the legendary Carnegie Deli which won the New York Festivals Gold Award; among other award-winning TV shows and feature films.
