My tenure as a Technical Director since July 2023 has been marked by a steadfast commitment to integrating cutting-edge biometric technologies, ensuring robust and reliable applications for our clients. Previously, as Lead Software Engineer at InCadence/Xator Corporation, I contributed to the design and advancement of our biometric collection/management applications (Ares/Ares Gateway), as well as development and co-invention of our Javelin series of biometric collection hardware. This role honed my leadership skills, enabling me to effectively manage complex projects and drive innovation within our organization.
