#Fintech | We are building a technology platform to enable clean, connected and shared mobility that will revolutionise urban transportation in emerging markets. Our first product was in the FinTech space, where we combined digital payments, IoT data (from the vehicle), data science to create new ways of financing vehicles. My focus was to find product market fit and increase engagement for the initial products, which set the base for later versions of the platform. In parallel, also enjoyed working on business models to quantify and validate the strategic decisions we took as a startup, basically to make sure the bets we took were data backed.

I helped firms define product team structure, adopt agile best practices and implement discovery & delivery processes. My focus areas were: (1) Helping set up agile product teams which can deliver software products in sprints (2) Define the product development lifecycle. Define roles and responsibilities of different team members (Team Members include: Engineers, Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Quality Analyst, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service)(3) Define the RACI matrix for above roles across different stages of product development lifecycle(4) Build business cases for new development or features(5) Design and launch products for different stakeholders of tech enterprises(6) Roll out New-Ways-of-Working to help technology hubs in India achieve their business and tech objectives
