In my current job with the Country office (Kampala Uganda), I provide technical support towards program design and development (Ug- Agric Sector) through co creation with potential development partners (INGOs/ NGOs and the Private sector) who are committed to partner and contribute towards the 4.3M jobs for youth in Uganda part of the young Africa Works (YAW) by 2030 with focus to young women (70%) of the overall youth target in the country.

Support to Making markets work for the poor- M4P (Revitalizing agricultural Incomes and New Markets -RAIN) a post war program funded by USDA in East Acholi. The project focussed on building input and output markets through partnership from large scale seed companies, and grain dealers across the country. It also aimed at promotion of improved and modern farming techniques alongside nurturing renumerative longterm markets for produced value chains from the region

Supported commercial extension and Innovations adoption in agronomy and post harvest handling practices in the grain and seed industry with Pro poor farmers in Masindi District. Initiated by Build Africa Uganda. The intervention focused on building youth led institutions with potential to produce and tap commercial collective and bulking activities with supply to Southern Sudan and the UNWFP in Uganda
