I am currently managing Myanmar Premium Beer and some of the key activities of Myanmar Beer by communicating senior management about brand core idea, brand strategy, directions, marketing activities and budgets. I am working with agencies, suppliers, regional sale teams and cross department to provide creative brief and guideline to meet the brand objectives through marketing activities, sponsorships, CSR programs, advertising and communications such as print, digital, and social media platforms and off trade branding.I am also accountable for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns according to brand direction and strategy. I manage content and communications to deliver our brand message which reflects a brand core idea at every possible consumer touch point. I usually study about market insights and consumer data to Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives, to increase conversion rations, to develop an advance strategies and to drive incremental sale support to commercial division.

I was accountable for offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness of respective brand and projects such as IT franchise stores, Amusement park, Hotel & Tourism and trading.I performed market research, analysis, and utilizing a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategies of each subsidiaries. I collaborated with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels. I prepared monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding content engagements, website traffic, personal inquiry and other KPIs.

I was responsible for CRM with existing clients to ensure exceptional service has been provided and identifying appropriate prospects, set appointments and make effective qualifying sales calls especially at Hotel & Premium Restaurant sectors. I had to prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations. I learnt to achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process, often utilizing product demos and presentations to clients. I usually coordinated with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
