Analysis and Fault Management of Network related issues of BTS, BSC, and IBsc elements that include faults related to BTS & BSC Cards fault.Taking corrective actions as per different performance parameters such as Providing Technical support and guidance to Circle Engineers and Field Personnel.Responsible BTS, BSC system for the entire GSM network and taking action to rectify.Monitoring BSC (Gsm ALU Bsc, MOTO Bsc, ZTE Bsc and ZTE IBSC) alarms and creation of Trouble Ticket and taking action to rectify.Initial fault clearance activities, creation of Trouble Tickets and its rectification, assignment to the Circle team.Update Daily Reports, Faulty Devices Report and other relevant reports.
