• Responsible for issuance of MEP drawings (Schematic and GFC drawings) on time and coordination between all the MEP services (HVAC, FF, PHE, ELECTRICAL & ELV) wrt RFP requirements after getting approval from Client.• Coordination with all MEP consultants for design deliverables as per schedule. • Coordination with Architect and structural team to finalize the MEP drawings.• Review and issuance of MEP tender documents (Tender specifications and BOQ) in coordination with DC/Consultant inline with the RFP requirements.• Identification of areas of cost savings/value engineering against DC provisions.• Coordination with consultants for MEP variation statements for submission and discussion with client (wherever applicable).• Technical support to Site/Commercial department for getting vendors on board for MEP.• Coordination with Green building consultant (wherever applicable) for MEP points to achieve the required rating for the project.• Addressing site queries raised through RFIs/ Site visits to resolve execution related issues.• Review & Approval of all the MEP technical data sheets and shop drawings (High side and low side) in coordination with DC/Consultant/client.• Technical Inspection of MEP equipment along with client for dispatch clearance.• Discussion/Meetings with MEP vendors to understand about the MEP products and innovations
