· Analyzing, Documenting, Communicating, and delivering business requirements into technology products.· Requirement elicitation and problem understanding.· Involved in a developing an m-commerce platform with an intuitive user interface and robust technical architecture.· Involved in design the solutions, performing demos, supporting UATs and post go live support.· Contributing to various stages of product lifecycle i.e. product strategic planning, market analysis, product UI/UX designing and Feature description in line with product roadmap.· Leading a team of 2 members for the profile· Identifying product process inefficiencies through gap analysis and outlined sensible solutions. · Providing recommendations for the system's functional/technical improvements· Responsible for conducting Interviews and selecting BAs and PMs for the product unit.· Primary contributor in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing the Business Analysis Process for the Organization.· Conducting workshops for Proof-Of-Concept (POC) at client locations demonstrating the product offerings and feature set.

· Analyzing and understanding project scope, business requirements and objectives. · Gathering / organizing requirements into logical order & prioritizing them on the basis of business. · Preparing requirement specification and Functional design documents.· Coordinating with internal teams to make them understand the requirements well to execute the solutions/develop the product. Conducting various (unit, integrated, functional) testing. · Providing/analyzing effort/cost against requirements. · Providing recommendations for system’s functional/technical improvements. · Training team members, internal & external clients around the globe

· Interaction with the Onsite and offsite client and third party systems.· Gathering requirements and identifying the Use Cases· Understanding the business requirement, analyzing the functional and technical feasibility, solution proposal and approval, designing use cases, track development, deployment and providing go-live support.· Demonstrate the final deliverable.

· Understanding the flow specifications and responsible for the development of the Application which is totally based on MVC architecture.· Responsible for software development and Database Management· Integration with third party e.g. Bank, Merchants· Logs Configuration, Bug Fixing and System integration testing.· Onsite client interactions, development, deployment and providing go-live support
