I am a social impact and policy research professional with a passion for gender, social inclusion, education, and labour studies. I have a Master's degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from University College Dublin, where I graduated with the highest GPA in my cohort and received multiple scholarships and awards.I currently work as an Assistant Consultant at Oxford Policy Management. Previously, as a Senior Researcher at Revealing Reality (a social research agency based in London), I contributed to research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting for various projects and clients, using mixed-methods and innovative approaches. I also managed client communication and delivered presentations and debriefs. I have strong skills in social research methods, written communication, and report writing, developed through my academic and professional background. I am a multilingual and culturally sensitive individual, with international experience spanning three continents.
