I am the youngest senior-level subject matter expert on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the New Zealand Public Service.As a high school student, my journey in the World of Work began with a Crew Member position at a local McDonald's restaurant. Since then, I have led, co-led, and contributed to movements across Aotearoa New Zealand that seek to provide meaningful opportunities for young people - and other diverse communities - to thrive in the Worlds of Work, Learning, and Life. Also, I am a community-based governor with experience across advisory groups, executive committees, and boards of trustees for organisations that mobilise communities to create systemic change e.g. community organisations, national support service providers, global organisation affiliates etc.
