As the Ministry's subject matter expert on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, I direct the programmes that uphold the Ministry's commitments to Diversity & Inclusion under the Public Service Act 2020, the Papa Pounamu Public Service work programme, and the Kia Toipoto - Public Service Pay Gap Action Plan 2021-2024.
