Built INDstocks grounds up and grew the business in about 14 months to reach to top 16 Stock Brokers in India by active clients. With a maniacal focus on stability and reliability, INDstocks grew to be the hook product of the company along with being one of the biggest revenue contributors.Mentored and nurtured a strong team of leaders that constantly thinks of scale in every engineering decision and ensured best engineering practices. Built a lot of in-house software as opposed to the traditional way of working with third-party vendors which a lot of Indian stock brokers do, giving the INDstocks the real cutting edge against its peers / competitors.

Leading Engineering for INDstocks, a comprehensive Indian Stocks Broking Application for INDmoney. Built it grounds-up in a record 8 months time to launch it to first external user, with deep involvement in coding + reviews, design databases/applications and architecting with various external components in the picture. Directing multiple teams on the right tech strategy, decision making, product thinking, UI/UX to build a completely high-performant and ultra-reliable INDstocks product.

As a Technology leader, drove large scale migrations of Earn and Burn platform (Manthan & Thanos) and Communication Platform (Pigeon/Iris) across Goibibo and MakeMyTrip, bringing in a plethora of features solving many Revenue and Product problems. Worked with many stakeholders across functional units in/and both orgs to bring up new-age platforms which can scale while being extremely extensible.

Responsible for Manthan, Thanos (Vault for Goibibo), Pigeon/Iris (last mile end user communication through SMS, WhatsApp, email and notifications) services of Go-MMT.Built a common ecosystem (Manthan) that solves all Earn (Convenience Fee, Markup), Burn (Discounting, MarkDown) and Deals Management as a platform supporting all LoBs (Hotels, Flights, Bus, Cars, Experiences, Trains, Metro, Holidays, Visa) of both Goibibo and MakeMyTrip.Working closely with all business, product, revenue and tech leaders across all LoBs to build and scale product with extreme tech efficiency and feature richness.Thanos powers Vault for Goibibo and a feature rich funnel where users can buy vouchers using cash, credits and wallet.Pigeon solves the last mile end user communication for all Goibibo and MakeMyTrip users. Currently re-writing into a more robust platform called Iris to solve for more scale and building intelligence.

Responsible for overall Earn (Convenience Fee) and Burn (Discounting) Platform (Peshkash/Santa/Manthan) for GoIbibo, working very closely with various technical, product & revenue teams to deliver the right results with engineering acumen. Re-architected the whole platform into a common ecosystem (Manthan) to be able to scale it to the next level for both Goibibo and MakeMyTrip.

Part of backend team (Voyager) that drives the static content for all verticals of goibibo.com, primarily focused on Hotels and Trains verticals.Drove integrations with external providers to the scale of a million Hotels, contributed in deduplication and recommendations!

Part of backend team at GoIbibo, responsible for integration with third parties for content download and aggregation, for Hotels ecosystem, that powers more than 800000 hotels on GoIbibo today.

As a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, worked on System Graphics, being part of Android Display Driver development Team. Primarily worked on "Color correction and enhancement" feature on Android devices and actively contributed to upstreaming the module into Linux Kernel for multiple hardware platforms.Received critical acclaim for having demonstrated consistent and qualitative results orientation.

An Intern at Intel India, as part of M.Tech programme at IIIT Bangalore. Worked on a power conservation feature for low power (Windows) devices.

Head of Student Placement Committee (of 15 members) at IIIT Bangalore, responsible for planning, scheduling, inviting companies on campus, logistics for them and also overseeing the preparedness levels of the entire batch for placements.

As a Systems Engineer at Infosys-Hyderabad, was part of the "FSIIMS - Tools Group" which does R&D of effective solutions to real world challenges in Infrastructure space.Worked on research and development of "Due-Diligence" solution. Responsible for extending the solution to include Linux machines and also fetching various Web (IIS, Tomcat, JBoss) & Database (SQL Server, MySQL) servers' details (using Web Services in Silverlight and Java + Scripting) on both Windows and Linux (remote) machines to be shown as a part of host analysis. Partly involved in the design of Server Consolidation algorithm, one of the novel features of the product, to arrive at a solution for Data Center Migration.

At Infosys-Mysore, underwent both generic and technology specific training. Trained in C, C++, Java, PL/SQL, Advanced Oracle, Advanced UNIX, Web Programming with PERL/CGI.Completed the training programme with a CGPA of 4.81 on a scale of 5, specializing in Open Systems.

As a Freelancer for 2 months and a half, finished a PHP based project assignment which earned excellent (Service Rating : 9.2 / 10) feedback from the customer.
