Responsible for providing operational and technical design support for logistics solutions, including data gathering and analysis, process design, lay-out design, costing of the solution based on customers’ needs and present the solution design proposal to customer.Roles & Responsibilities :-- Handle RFQ and RFP from customer or 3rd party warehouse sub- Contractors.- Support the branch managers or local sales on customer visits related to potential Contract Logistics potential .- Support the branch managers or local sales in the region to lead, design and implement the Logistics operation process / SOP and manage the milestones of the project.- Uses optimization modeling and process (re-)design to derive optimum logistics solution, resource level and costs.- Assists in creating solution documents and comprehensive presentations and supports presenting them to the (potential) customer.- Develops a strong understanding of financial models, contract budget models and contract budget development.- Develops improved methodologies for analyzing client data.- Liaises with other functions, departments and business units to formulate and test validity of solutions.- Perform end user operational/SOP training as part of the solution handover to the operation concerned.- Works closely with the branch logistics managers or sub-contractor to lead, the implantation of the designed solution and manage the milestones of the project.- Provide regular updates on project progress to management and customers to enable overall project progress monitoring.- Make final recommendations to customers on implementation plans: timings, budgets, resources and quality standards- Continuously looking at ways to re-engineer the current Logistics process to provide a better quality service to our Clients.

Roles and Responsibility• Controlling the PNL for India for warehousing & distribution• Managing the whole Warehousing & distribution requirements for Pan India• Be part of the New business development from initial stage• Initial Level Discussion ,Proposal Presentation ,Negotiation with Customer• Provide Solution for Flow management ( End to End supply chain solution)• Procure & Implement new Tools for company as per Requirement e:g TMS,WMS ,FMS• Evaluate networks for opportunities to reduce movement, increase load density, improve round trip utilization• Develop and Support operations to implement hub as a Project Implementation head :- Have to control Procurement, Time line ,Budget review ,Set up & Ramp up as per solution design

Roles and Responsibility- Initial Level Discussion ,Proposal Presentation ,Negotiation with Customer- Provide Solution for Flow management ( End to End supply chain solution)- Evaluate networks for opportunities to reduce movement, increase load density, improve round trip utilization- Part of Sales team to Develop new business and Deep sales for existing business- Identify, develop and implement new projects for contract logistics- Develop and work with operations to implement hub as a Project Implementation head :- Have to control Procurement, Time line ,Budget review ,Set up & Ramp up as per solution design- Act as an emerging expert to analyze, model and optimize logistics capabilities covering location of sites, allocation of resources, inventory design and size, selection of transportation mode, dedicated opportunities and continuous moves etc.- Analyze contractual commitments and customer specifications- Provide guidance to less experience employees- Establish and refine procedures for analysis- Ensure the implementation with new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed company requirements & customer expectations- Able to see network opportunities and find solutions to multiple constraints- Work as a cohesive unit with other management within APAC

Role and Responsibility- Provide Solution for Flow management ( End to End supply chain solution)- Prepare Techno commercial and proposal for Customers- Develop and work with operations to implement hub and consolidation initiatives- Act as an emerging expert to analyze, model and optimize logistics capabilities covering location of sites, allocation of resources, inventory placement and size, selection of transportation mode, closed loop tours, dedicated opportunities and continuous moves etc.- Analyze contractual commitments and customer specifications- Collect, process and maintain data for analysis- Implement, monitor and adjust solutions- Establish and define procedures for Operation- Ensure the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed company requirements & customer expectations- Able to see network opportunities and find solutions to multiple constraints- Work as a cohesive unit with other management

Roles and Responsibility- Design warehousing solution and process for Inventory control, Inbound, Outbound, Distribution, Segregation, Staging, Packing, Picking ,Kitting and consolidation ,coordination with customer- Projects Pipe Line Consolidation from each region and distribution to across India and RHO-Singapore.- Prepare Logistics Capability presentation and continuous updating- Respond documents against any RFI, RFQ or RFP across India for various vertical- Understanding of the client requirements and operation- Design Logistics solution of various verticals for warehousing and distribution - Prepare commercials and proposal
