I am a dedicated researcher and consultant with a strong focus on gender, disability, and social justice. With academic achievements including a gold medal in Women's Studies and extensive experience in research and advocacy, my work centers on addressing systemic barriers and empowering marginalized communities. My expertise lies in working with women with disabilities, particularly those affected by sexual violence, and exploring how they access support and justice.Currently a Research Scholar at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, my work delves into the intersection of disability, gender, and communication challenges within the deaf community. I am also actively involved in investigating how children with hearing and speech disabilities access education, particularly in urban areas like Kolkata. My academic pursuits are complemented by hands-on experience with organizations such as the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) and LEADTECH, where I’ve engaged in stakeholder management, political consulting, and data analysis.My key skills include communication, community outreach, research, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
