Currently, I am playing different roles like IT and entrepreneurship faculty, Master trainer of entrepreneurship, national-level committee/ panel member, CEO, and COO. I have started new entrepreneurship training and mentorship program "Prarambh - Make your Idea, ideal to the world". It is an Online certification & Mentorship program in the field of startups and entrepreneurship. The objective behind this program is to make entrepreneurs learn step-by-step processes to start a new Startup and provide them with a complete mentorship. There are a total of 580+ entrepreneurs gets trained and 55 business model is finalized out of, 24 startups already started.I started this initiative in March 2021 and we completed 10 batches. I have a plan to train a total of 1000entrepreneurs before March 2022, I want to achieve 100 successful startups.I am sure that I will achieve it with the help and support of Sri Sri University and by my competencies like• Entrepreneur not only by designation, by attitude too.• Proactive and self-motivated• Profound Management, analytical, Strategical and observation skills• Can effectively with diverse groups of people and capable to implement the System in place.• Leadership qualities in terms of group and strategical perspective.• I live my life peacefully, joyfully, and enthusiastically is just because of having the strong support of spiritual and practical knowledge.
