• Evaluate and maintain a comprehensive manpower plan. • Drive effective talent attraction strategies on a timely manner and support overall onboarding and orientation process.• Facilitate the performance management process by working closely with the Heads of departments. Maintain well planned TNA that captures both performance and potential needs• Support Senior Management teams and in executing talent management strategies and succession planning based on the talent box model• Develop and deploy employee engagement strategies to increase better engagement and overall employee happiness of staff in line with Group HR employee engagement scorecard. Participate in the Group Employee Engagement survey and share findings with senior management teams.• Support Group HR in policy and process formulation and employee awareness to increase better employee and industrial relations through conducting quarterly / bi-annual policy clinics.

HR OperationsOnboarding• Creating a supportive environment for new joiners and welcoming new joiners.• Handling Documentation Signing Session in Physical and Virtual Onboarding.• Coordinating with other departments to ensure adherence to agenda during the Onboarding Day.• Handling ABH form registration process.Offboarding• Sharing Exit Procedure emails with employees who tender their resignation.• Updating and maintaining Offboarding Tracker.• Creating ServiceNow tickets to track completion of clearance process.• Handling Offboarding Documentation Process.Administration• Attending to employee letter requests (Salary Confirmations/ Employment Confirmations/ Personal Visa letters/ L1 Letters).• Maintaining and Updating Employee Information Database and Insurance Database.• Sharing Insurance Inclusion and Deletion details with Insurance partners. • Completion of Personal File Archiving Process.• Engaged in other events organized by People Operations.Talent Acquisition • Scheduling interviews for short listed candidates.Travel• Act as point of contact in Inbound travels of offshore associates and arranging vehicles for daily transfers.
