Didn't feel much personal growth. • Worked on building an app for Gen-Z where they could read high-quality, relevant, fluff-free news. Ran out of runway.• Explored building an app that helped couples build habits together. The problem didn't exist. • Worked on building an app that brought groups of people together in-person to socialize. The market wasn't exciting enough.• Consulted a premium kitchenware brand with GTM strategy ($$$/hr).

Sapling Jobs connects US-based entrepreneurs with India-based college students for paid, part-time roles.• Bootstrapped to $,$$$ MRR by closing deals with 4 paying clients (2 Techstars associated).• Grew average hourly price by 200% from first to fourth client by implementing pricing strategy.• Conducted 100+ customer interviews and navigated the firm through a pivot.• Generated $100,000 angel investor interest on demo day and secured $6,000 from OwlSpark accelerator.• My first experince working with an IITian co-founder.

My first exposure to the world of entrepreneurship.• Explored building a pan-India chain of kirana stores (micro retail stores). Pivoted to a chain of panipuri stores as it would use less fixed capital. • Planned and organized food stalls at annual community events. Generated revenue, but didn't realize that we could run these stalls outside these limited events. • Rented my PSP to friends on a pay-per-hour basis. Generated revenue, but quickly realized my friends were no longer willing to join me in playing sports.
