Process efficiency, distribution centre planning, manpower analysis and MIS preparation. Closely dealt with the management team to bring the solution. Tracking and tracing of vehicles. Introduced the concept of trip card which impacted to reduce 8-10% in costing. Reduced the overall expense by 15% bringing efficiency in vehicle utilisation reducing idle time.
