Erection, Installation and Supervision of 3 MTPA Hot Strip Mill ( 2 X 325T Walking Beam Re-Heating Furnace, De-Scalar, Roughing Stand (one with two principle motors (7.5 MW each) – bottom forward), Finishing Stand(seven with one motor each of 9.5 MW) , Down Coiler, Slitting Line and Water System.Erection, Installation and Commissioning of 33 kV GIS, 220 kV GIS, Switchyard, Control Room, RTU, RIO and Other accessories.Material Handling System and Conveyor System

1. Key activities includes: Erection, Supervision of Testing & Commissioning, Managing BOQ reconciliation, Material Procurement, Cross Functional Coordination, Troubleshooting, Vendor Management, Liaison and Networking. 2. Roll up the sleeve attitude to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.3. Analysis & generating various reports from time to time for appraising management. Preparation of RFI (Ready for Installation).Liaison and mediating with Contractors and scheduled meeting with Client.4. Timely reviewing of Vendor performance, service of OEM engineers, Rectification of faulty equipment by co-ordinating with OEM, Supervision of Testing and Commissioning.5. Planning and Monitoring of complete project using skills like Primavera and Bar-chart preparation. Key Features of 132/33 kV Subs-Station and Line erection:• Erection of 5 Nos. of 132/33 kV switch-yard, with 2 X 40 MVA Transformer in each S/S• Erection of 39 Nos. of 33/11 kV switch-yard, with 2 X 8 MVA Transformer in each S/S.• Erection supervision of 132 kV Tower for 132 kV line, 33 kV line and 11 kV line.• Switch-yard control room set up and RTU set up for upstream linking.• Cabling & Preparing cable schedule, Schematics checking, • Planning and Monitoring of complete project so as to compare with strategy.• Testing and Commissioning supervision.

New Plate Mill• Planning, execution, commissioning, supervision and Maintenance of projects for steel plant while supervising it, presently for SAIL-RSP expansion of rolling mills – New Plate Mill.• To ensure Smooth running of Plant by using skills like Predictive Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance, Prevent run time error, Inventory management, Breakdown Management and Supervising improvement in Production Management.• Scheduled observation for set up of mills so as to construe with electrical equipments such as Load Block step-down s/s &switchyard and its setup (33 kV), protection devices, Set up of ECR’s and its set up, LCSS and its set-up, MCC’s and its set-up, drives, motors, control panels, automation and other protection devices and its applications towards the mill.Detailed features of the Plant: 33kV GIS and 6.6kV AIS substation including Control Relay Panel and S/S automation. Erection and Maintenance of 8000 kW motor and appx. 1800 roller-table & application motors Erection and Maintenance of 3 X 31.5 MVA and 65 nos. of distribution and converter grade trafo.  Erection and Maintenance of 22 nos. High Capacity cranes. Application of AC drives, Automation and PLC. Mediating with Sub-Contractors for smooth progress of work, towards billing and material re-conciliation.Project - Hot Strip Mill and Cold Rolling Mill HSM Preparation of detailed road map and feasibility report for increasing the rolling capacity from 1.51 to 1.90 MTPA with up-gradation of improved gauge and profile tolerances& higher mill availability. Replacement of existing DC drives with 5000 kW AC motors in 6 Finishing Stands along with gear boxes, pinion stands, spindles and couplings. Up-gradation of Electrics and Automation.CRM New 6-Hi reversing Mill, HCL pickling line of push-pull type, Shearing and Packaging Line along with up-gradation of ETL and Coil Preparation Line Up-gradation of existing power grid structure.

Switchyard Maintenance, Line Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Annual Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Involved in planning and requisition of material, Erection & Testing as Sub-Divisional Officer (Electrical). Involved in Cross Functional Coordination, Troubleshooting, Inventory planning and material /spares requirement over SAP. Highlights:• Coordinating with 132 kV grid sub-station.• Maintenance – 132/33 kV Sub-Station maintenance, 132/33 kV Switchyard maintenance, 33 kV Line maintenance, 11kV line maintenance, 33/11kV Sub-Station maintenance, LT s/s & line maintenance, Power Transformer and Distribution transformer maintenance including all protection devices – switchgears, relays, panels etc. • Annual maintenance – Scheduling, planning and optimising• Preventive maintenance(Annual and Scheduled), Predictive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance• Planning coordination & installation– Scheduling, planning and dispatching of different equipment’s and its accessories to different site.• Testing: - Testing of 33/11KV Sub-Station, Power Transformer & Distribution Transformer. • Materials Purchase: Machinries and Electrical equipment’s needed for steady power supply for my Sub-Division.Attainments Successfully reduced the breakdowns and faults and line losses from 57% to 41%.  Pivotal in expanding the consumption of power from 57 MW to 84 MW through effective minimisation of losses and restructuring of grid followed by subsequent up-gradation.
