Program Manager with Tata Consultancy with 14+ years of IT experience. Played leading roles like Delivery head, Release manager and have been instrumental in leading a team size of 90+. I have been an integrated part of major transition program for the European TELCO in a short span of 3 months for more than 400+ odd applications from multiple vendors. Currently I am playing the role for delivery head for provisioning, fulfilment, assurance and integration area. Having a load of expertise to work and lead in various delivery model such as USP, Outcome based and Capacity model.Previously I was engaged in was engaged with British Telecom in their rationalization program which and Analysis, Design, Development, Review and Implementation related to Client/Server Tech, Web Technologies, SOA etc. My work area mainly includes the leading major transition/ transformation model, delivery management service delivery managament, Agile implementation with a flavour of end to end solution design specially in middle layer and front-end design using J2EE Technologies.
