In addition to the roles & responsibilities of an Operations Associate, I was responsible for taking the responsbility of a small team, and being the assigned mentor I was responsible to guide them, nurture them & help them with their day-to-day problems. Additionally, I've worked in a tough customer base with a low conversion rate and have used my expertise in increasing the conversion of collection.
