• Drove the entire technology, process, and strategy to build the go-to-market GTM) teams for a business intelligence analytics SaaS startup. Responsibilities included: P&L, systems engineering, end-to-end architecture, operations, innovation, strategy, roadmap, technology, $10M budget, hiring, and managing 6 direct 44 indirect reports. • Scaled the company from no revenues with 40 employees to a global company with 1000 employees earning $150M in sales revenues. • Built the infrastructure and business operations that fostered global business development opportunities and enhanced customer business solutions that resulted in capturing hundreds of new customers.• Managed the company’s growth demand, technology product offerings, operations, staffing, and resource needs against the ROI parameters to build a profitable and nimble organization. • Recruited, hired, trained, managed, and developed high performance teams.

• Drove product demand and brand awareness having identified potential markets and key verticals through data analytics and comprehensive market research. • Created the software product strategy, roadmap, unique selling points, and messaging. • Launched the company’s initial software product and led the product evolution to produce SaaS product offerings that grew the company's customer base from no customers to 1,000+ customers. • Built out the Tech Stack (35+ systems) to power marketing activities with data analytics that measured outcomes, ROI, and optimized future marketing activities that captured new customers. • Developed the marketing strategy and campaigns involving digital advertising, online marketing, paid search, email marketing, webinars, direct mail, field shows, trade shows, conferences, and special events, with product demonstrations.
