• Defined the scope to build a team and the future landscape of inbound supply chain from a design and automation perspective.• Built a PMO program with processes to scale last mile infrastructure from a 30 site year in 2019 to 206 site year in 2020.• Navigated through extreme supply chain challenges due to COVID19, and delivered the largest robotic fulfilment program ever with 17 sites and $7B budget.• Acted swiftly to identify, plan and deploy temporary inbound supply chain infrastructure at 9 locations to serve for the critically needed capacity, driven by higher customer demand and supply chain delays during the pandemic. • Architected a software tool for real time data tracking and communication, managed it through its development and adoption, that has since driven the development of other applications on the same platform by multiple teams.• Assisted with hiring and developing the best by interviewing 100+ candidates and engaging in cross team mentoring.

• Led and delivered a $450M highly coveted robotic fulfilment center expanding over 855K sq. ft. in Euclid, OH. • Piloted multiple engineering improvement solutions at the Euclid project and continued to keep the project progress ahead of plan at the 30%, 60%, 90% and turnover milestones.

• Perfected the Non-Sortable program with templates and guides that teams refer and rely on till date.• Managed and delivered a $800M Non-Sortable program for 2018 with the most uniformity in solutions across 10 sites and the highest quality program ever delivered.
