• Defined the scope to build a team and the future landscape of inbound supply chain from a design and automation perspective.

• Led and delivered a $450M highly coveted robotic fulfilment center expanding over 855K sq. ft. in Euclid, OH.
• Piloted multiple engineering improvement solutions at the Euclid project and continued to keep the project progress ahead of plan at the 30%, 60%, 90% and turnover milestones.

• Perfected the Non-Sortable program with templates and guides that teams refer and rely on till date.
• Managed and delivered a $800M Non-Sortable program for 2018 with the most uniformity in solutions across 10 sites and the highest quality program ever delivered.

• Managed projects worth $22M as the sole project management personnel for the company.
• Delivered a stretch goal of the company’s revenue by manufacturing and delivering ahead of time through planning and incentivizing as needed.
• Reviewed and negotiated vendor purchase order contract terms and conditions in best interest of the company.
• Created checklists to improve business process efficiency leading to timely completion of projects within budget.

• Wood Group Mustang provides engineering, project management, procurement and construction management services to the oil & gas industry. Wood Group has operations in 50 countries and is publicly traded on the London.
• Achieved cost savings of approximately $113 million on the Ichthys and White Rose projects together by proactively identifying design safety and code compliance issues that would incur rework and/or fines.
• Created organizational process assets to achieve significant reduction in process costs and time on future projects.
• Developed design safety specifications, task and criticality analyses to guide the teams to generate safe designs.
• Created a simple milestone tracker to track progress of 73 vendors with weekly reporting to management.
