Kaushik, better know amongst his peers as Pick, is an awarded creative with a deep knowledge of the technical and practical aspects of film production. As a self learner, Pick always has and still is trying to push his craft and that of his team as far as he can by constantly staying on top of trends, gear, mediums and programs. Pick is solutions driven and will always be eager to find new ways to solve the inevitable hurdles encountered during film production. He believes strongly in versatility, flexibility and the need to push for greatness regardless of what the project is and the effort invested to achieve results. Pick is also human. He likes to learn anything that falls in his hands and probably what does not even concern him. He always wants to be to able to adapt and thrive, even when everyone tells him not to. Pick also loves math, geometry, design, art in any shape or form, video games, food, baby food, music and everything that he doesn't know yet.In short, Pick is ready to kickass and face new challenges everyday.
