DEPARTMENT : OFC (FTTX/FTTH O&M).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1) FTTH feeder and distribution optical fiber maintenance.2) Responsible for maintenance of FAT (Fiber Access Terminal), OTB (Optical Terminal Box), S1 (Stage 01 Splitter), S2 (Stage 02 Splitter).3) Restoration of fiber cut and maintaining SLA/MTTR < 4hrs with co-ordination of FRT.4) Fault tracing using OTDR equipment.5) Link loss testing with LSPM.6) Responsible for maintenance of HEX/OLT (Optical Line Terminal) equipment.7) Troubleshooting and restoration of Low Rx, crossing threshold issues in OLT link.8) Involved in HOTO activity such as OTDR testing, LSPM testing, FTTH fiber network, OLT etc.9) Knowledge about power meter, FMS, Patch chord (LC to LC, LC to FC, FC to FC, LC to SC and SC to FC), Coupler, different type of Joint Closure.10) Fiber management system(FMS) installation & testing.

DEPARTMENT : OFC (Project).PROJECT [A]: FTTX ConstructionPROJECT DURATION : 5th Dec, 2017 to 22nd Feb, 2019.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1) FTTx feeder and distribution survey with planning and business team.2) FTTx Construction implementation as per ODN plan.3) Responsible for installation of FDP, JC, FAT, 1st Splitter & 2nd Splitter as per ODN.4) Splicing supervision as per splicing plan for feeder & distribution.5) Performing OTDR, LSPM for troubleshooting and resolving any issue.6) Addressing and resolving constructional Punch Points.7) Coordinating with O&M team for Acceptance Test (AT).8) Vendor Management & material reconciliation.9) Responsible for vendor billing.10) As per IBD (In-building) survey preparing BOQ.11) Filling all tasks in mConstruct App as per construction for automation process i.e. 48F, 12F, 6F cable reading, Splitter1, Splitter2 consumption, optical loss, splicing details etc.PROJECT [B]: Intracity Network DeploymentPROJECT DURATION: 25th Sep, 2015 to 4th Dec, 2017.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1) Managing and monitoring of OFC Networks Deployment, OFC Planning and Commissioning/Quality Testing and Optimization of OFC networks.2) Complete Survey and Designing of OFC network on Google Earth as per network criteria for 4G project, lessoning with govt. and private authorities for rollout the project.3) Co-ordination with Vendor team and Quality team for high productivity with telecom Network Specifications.4) Trenching & Ducting, Man hole/ Hand hole installation, Duct Integrity Test, Fiber (288 and 96) blowing in Intra City and splicing of fiber and Terminate fiber at AG2 & AG1 and CSS sites.5) KMZ updating & validation.6) Supervising and supporting fiber maintenance team.7) Maintaining ABD (As Built Drawing) of Fiber route for South Bengal Zone of Reliance.
