Heading the File Services engineering organization in HPE Storage comprising of about 50 employees. Responsible for the following :Delivering File micro services on Nimble dHCI platformSupporting File Manageability and share provisioning from HPE Storagecentral cloud based Manageability platform.

My key role is to function as the Software Development Manager for development projects in Storage Analytics and 3PAR File Persona development. HPE 3PAR File persona provides distributed filesystem virtualized storage for scale out NAS services. The programs involve working on the next generation hardware and firmware architectures and integration with HP Enterprise Simplivity and 3PAR File Persona products. As the software development manager, my responsibilities include leading inter-disciplinary teams through the complete product development life-cycle - concept, definition, execution and deployment phases. I work with the Product Management, Software development, QA and Product Support teams to drive the architecture and product requirements and post release maintenance. This requires alignment of multiple cross-functional teams spanning various HP business units and vendors to deliver features as per the product requirements. In addition, as a CSM and SAFE Certified Agilist, I lead the Agile transformation for the HP Enterprise Simplivity Hyperconverged Infrastructure Lab to transition from to Scrum and Scrum@Scale based engineering delivery model. Worked as a Engineering Manager managing a team of 25 engineers for Motorola CDMA Network Management High Availability platform. The Motorola India team performs Systems Engineering, Development and Sub System Test functions and aligns in an end-to-end manner with the US based product development team. The product development and maintenance is executed in an offshore delivery model, with shared product ownership with the offshore team at Motorola, India. People management for cross functional development teams across 2 Motorola India development centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore Work Product estimation and scheduling, in alignment with the product delivery to application teams located in US, Israel, Malaysia and India. Performing resource allocation and effort estimates for project deliverables Handling of all customer issues including interfacing with the internal consumer teams, and Motorola customers like Verizon, ALLTEL, KDDI and TATA.

Worked on an Enterprise Application Integration product specifically focused on the telecom industry. The product consists of a Java Swing based business process design studio and a back-end message-driven process broker. Assisted the product development team in analysis and design of the java GUI, worked with the Quality Assurance team in achieving integration between the presentation and application layers.Formulated requirements and design specifications of the business process-modeling tool. This involved a thorough understanding of the BPML (Business Process Modeling Language), XML, business process design, and external system adapter specifications.Worked with the development and the quality team in integration between the business process models, the internal JMS messaging system, process broker, XML data models, BPML generation tool and external business systems

 Designed Call Processing flows for a VOIP Softswitch Product for a major U.S. telecom carrier. The product is an Intelligent Call Agent which resides in a Class 5 packet based switching environment.  Involved in the creation and execution call processing scripts for the Feature layer, Service layer and Connection layer of the VOIP platform. These included end-to-end flows, involving data provisioned through the front-end java interface, executing basic on-net, and on-net to off-net flows and creating accounting records, call detail records and call content records. Worked as the Lead of the Quality Assurance team during the integration-testing phase. This involved understanding the business and data requirements for the call and feature processing environment, working with the development and analyst teams to design test scripts, executing test cases in a lab environment, reporting and tracking bugs using a bug-tracking tool, and performing release management activities.
