Assisting multiple departments, managing and delegating responsibilities. Overseeing Maker Relations, Security, Decor and Hospitality for the entire 3 day event. Also, acting as a core part of the marketing and sponsorships team of the event, to plan the execution for how to get in touch with potential sponsors and raise funds for the event.
