With over 20 years of experience in IT and ITES industry, I am a finance leader with M.Com & C.A Intermediate qualification and proficiency in various financial software and systems. I currently work as a Sr. Director Accounts & Finance at Community Brands, a leading provider of software and services for the social good sector.My core competencies include managing and monitoring the financial and accounting operations for multiple entities across regions, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and relevant financial regulations, driving the annual finance budget process, coordinating and working closely with finance, sales, marketing and delivery heads and leadership team, owning organizational finance goals and ensuring budget compliance, providing scenario analysis and valuable inputs for decision making, defining, automating, and implementing various processes, and handling operational issues and audits.
