Hi there! I am a Human Resource graduate from Tanzania Institute of Accountancy. My passion for learning and exploring different fields of work has allowed me to gain extensive experience that has helped me grow both personally and professionally.I have had the opportunity to work in different industries, where I have learned valuable lessons that have enriched my overall understanding of different sectors. One such experience was my field practice at CRDB Bank, where I worked at the credit department. This allowed me to develop my problem-solving and communication skills, as well as my ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Currently, I am working at Call Power as a Customer Care Representative Agent. My role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions. I take pride in being able to offer excellent service to our customers and create a positive experience for them.I am also passionate about training and development, which is why I have selected to act as an assistant trainer to newly hired employees at Call Power. This role allowed me to share my knowledge and skills with others, while also learning from them.I am a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new ways to learn and grow.
