Founder of Tutate, an AI-based adaptive assessment platform built to assist students achieve subject competency in the most efficient way. Raised more than $250K in angel funding and accepted into the inaugural Singapore Press Holdings and Plug & Play Accelerator Programme. With more than 6000 users in Singapore and USA, the platform helps educators understand the strengths and weaknesses with minimal overheads, so that they can target their educational efforts more accurately.

Part of the Nationwide transformation of Workforce Development Agency (WDA) as they embarked on adult learning with the SkillsFuture initiative. Using the strategy developed by partner consultancy, I was part of a 8-man team that reviewed and re-engineered their financial, audit, accreditation and other workflow processes to shift away from a Government-to-Business (G2B) to a Government-to-Citizen (G2C) model.
