• By this time Assets for Life has five Academy Managers successfully running events and their respective Academies• My skills and knowledge where needed for me to return to the Customer Success Team where I was previously in 2019 as the team was really struggling to hit their KPIs• After joining the necessary adjustments were made and next structure was implemented• The team was split in two (one for onboarding customers on advanced training)• Prepared lists for both sides of the team daily and delegated accordingly• Ensured the onboarding booking availability was up to date regularly• Provided training to the team on products, services, online training portals, objection handling and sales techniques• Had 1 to 1 with team members monthly and put together quarterly developments plans• Successfully grew the attendance to advance training courses to 90% from 83%• Successfully grew the attendances to preview events to 41% from 25%• Successfully increased the money driven in by the team to 66% from 31%

• As Assets for Life continued to excel and grow more joint venture partners came onboard therefore two new Academy Managers were hired• Supported the onboarding on the new Academy Managers• Provided training on processes and product knowledge for the Academy Managers• Organised and ensured the smooth running of academy days for high level clients• As well as my other responsibilities from the list below

• As restrictions started to be lifted Assets for Life started to re-introduce in person training within the restricted guidelines• Organised 3-day intensive training focused on Property Investment• Worked closely with the trainers to ensure timings and content delivery was maintained• Provided feedback to the trainers based on customer reactions and feedback• Supported the growth and development of the Academy (mentorship program)• Supported high level customers on a 1 to 1 basis or in a group with any challenges• Organised 1 to 1s for customers with the appropriate mentor• Helped and influenced the beginning and growth the online training portals• Added content and updates online content where necessary• Achieved CPD certification for Assets for Life headline training course, and went on the achieve this for 3 more courses• Worked closely with new joint venture partners as Assets for Life rapidly started to grow• Managed and oversaw Accounts with Joint Venture partners• Continued to report to the board on sales figures specifically for each account I managed

• With the arrival of COVID Assets for Life had to quickly adapt and transition to an online training and education provider• Along with the Owner and Operations Director I supported this transition and influenced decisions that were made• Provided the sales team with lists• Ensured the teams product knowledge for excellent• Reported to the board on sales performance and figures monthly• Checked the online marketing copy and advised on amendments
