Preparation of the monthly cost reports highlighting the allocated budget, cost to date and costto complete and discussing the same with the higher management5. Responsible for the post contract tendering process in appointing the Subcontractors, Suppliers,Specialized Consultants.6. Forecasting the potential financial risks, discussing the same with the higher management andestablish mitigation plans.7. Preparation and administration of the contractual notices (Variations, Delay Notices, Extension ofTime claims etc.) to both Employers and Subcontractors as necessary.8. Working towards maximization of the relationship within the internal and external parties to ensurethat all are working towards achieving the desired goal/output.9. Complete responsibility in effective handling of the QS department and all the commercial, cost controlling, contract administration, client handling & subcontract management aspects
