(Raw Material:NCI/Manns).3.Coordinating with suppliers (Raw, Packing Materials) to arrange materials at the site on the right time and right quantity.4.Working with the shipping team and relevant teams for HS Code Confirmation and making deliveries on time.5.Support business owners on procurement operational activities. (Diesel purchasing/Mobile Phone purchasing & Company trip).6.Forecasting analysis of materials and communicate to the suppliers on demand variations.7.Coordinating in Impact assessment discussions on new suppliers/materials related to change changes to the business.8.Carried out due diligence (TPRM) for new suppliers.9.Completing internal Finance, EHS & QA audit actions obligated to procurement.10.Engaging with Global legal & Compliance teams bridge the discussion with business owners to develop an agreement.11.Support to Conduct Tender & its evaluation. (Referring BOQ & Request).12.Involving for cost optimization discussions and align respective suppliers on business decision. 13.Working with the finance team & banks to arrange on time payments to the overseas suppliers. Once vessel/flight departs from origin, same should be informed to the client.13. Pre-alert should be followed up and get draft docs approved by client.14. For sea imports, follow up whether HBL is Original or Surrendered.15. All pending shipments are to be tracked daily first thing in the morning.16. Any offloads, shut out of containers, delays on connections should be informed to the client without any delay.17. Every shipment issue should be informed to the superior immediately.18. Raising invoices within the deadline.19. Post shipment documents releasing coordination.20. Shipment updates to be sent to the client regularly without any delay.21.
