- Responsible for product development projects including, a range of Smart Home Devices, a Medical Filling Device, a Remote Telecommunication Enhancer and a collection of kitchenware for Royal VKB Netherlands.- Conceptualized and built CAD models on SolidWorks, conducted CFD air flow simulations, prepared assembly instruction guides, UI designs, Color, Material and Finish (CMF) documents and generated photorealistic renders on KeyShot.- Crowdfunding campaign strategy research for Remote Telecommunication Enhancer (launched on Indiegogo).- Had the opportunity to communicate directly with clients, to progress with customer feedback.

- Main project – reverse engineered electric motor scooter components, made CAD models on SolidWorks using advanced techniques including surface modelling, stress analysis, flow simulation and sheet metal.- Prepared and corrected STL files and 3D printed the components using FDM and PolyJet technologies.- 3D printed scooter was used in the demo room to exhibit the various applications of 3D printing.- Other projects included support material use optimization, 3D printed lithophanes which enhanced customer relations.- Gained invaluable hands-on experience in 3D printer maintenance and print post-processing.
