Integrated management of engineering/design, procurement and construction tasks- Verification of adequacy and correctness of project information, documentation ,drawings communicated among respective disciplines.- Organizing technical input required for progress reports, bid packages (engineering, procurement, construction), engineering manuals, vendor’s maintenance/operating manuals, etc. for the respective disciplines.- Initiating with respective engineering disciplines and other involved disciplines the detailed scope of work and schedules to ensure a uniformity of approach to design and engineering compatible with technical and contractual commitments. Resolving any areas of conflict.- Creating and maintaining project schedule and WBS- Identifying and allocating of responsibility for performance of activities - Motivating assigned personnel towards the determined objectives of the project.- Communicating information to project stakeholders- Bringing to the project owner’s attention all developments within the project, which may give rise to cost or time schedule overruns.- Identifying contract extras, preparing estimates of effect on cost and time schedules for presentation to the project owner.- Ensuring that project communications and reporting lines are operative, adequate, sustained and that information is circulated in a timely manner to meet project requirements.- Managing the contracts with Contractors and Consultants - Coordination with local and international Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers- Negotiation with suppliers- Negotiation with authorities- Claim Managements

As a project engineering manager:• Performing design / engineering work• Establishing and maintaining interface with clients engineers to encourage a good working environment and clear communications on all matters relating to the scheduled.• Ensuring that all activities were carried out safely in compliance with HSE procedures and policies as well as quality standards• Reviewing all requests for changes on assigned projects relevant to respective disciplines • Coordinating changes pertinent to respective discipline’s deliverables according to company procedures across the entire project.• Participating as necessary in discussions with clients and visited job sites when necessary.
