Hi,I am working in Component development in Renault Nissan India R&D. My prime responsibility is to develop the part as per functional definition which includes Design finalization, DVP and Engine validation. Attending and giving RCA & CA for mechanical issues arise during development and series production.PREVIOUSLYI worked in the same role at Stellantis (PSA Group) India. Additionally I was responsible for polymer material synthesis and approval (Plastic and Rubber).Before to this worked as Sr.executive Application Engineer in FEDERAL MOGUL Anand Sealing India ( A TENNECO group company) have capability to handle the project individually from RFQ to PPAP followed by Ramp-up activity. Roles and Responsibility:1. creating Design proposal for RFQ and get approval2. Generating costing sheet( BOM)3.Conducting APQP meeting cum gate review with CFT4.completion FEA by working with global team.5.Developing parts by co coordinating tool room and supplier.6. validate the part as per customer DVP.7. Failure analysis on parts.8.Generate validation reports for validated part.9.co-ordinating PPAP audit.10..Engineering change management( ECN)11. prepare all APQP documents in every stage of project.12. Interacting customer frequently for any queries raised from customer or CFT.
