Job Description:1. Prepare questionnaire based on client requirements. Proof read and check for logic.2. Program the survey in Qualtrics or other platforms. Test the survey and fine tune the survey to clients' satisfaction.3. Prepare and maintain respondent lists or coordinate with external panel and field surveys.4. Coordinate with translation agencies and ensure correct translations are implemented for global surveys.5. Integrate and analyze the survey data quality and identify bad data and implement checks to catch them.6. Prepare data analysis on survey platforms, external tools like SPSS.7. Prepare client reports (document writing).

Programming complex online questionnaires based on material provided by clients (this includes survey scripting, managing languages and reporting);Working collaboratively with Project Coordinator to deliver projects that meet clients needs within prescribed timeframes;Adhering to First Time Right (FTR) policy for quality control and accuracy; always striving for perfection and best practice;Simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality controls are upheld;Working independently on projects when required and collaborating as a strong team member.
